I began training Martial Arts as an adult and so am very passionate about the mental and physical benefits this training can bring. After 15 years of training and 8 years as a Certified Instructor I can say that what keeps me motivated and passionate is the growth I see in my students and the fantastic community of like-minded instructors and students I have met over the years who continue to inspire me.
