We've just moved to Prague and feel so lucky to have found wonderful dog sitters here! Our dog Rio is a rehome so already nervous (esp after a long car journey from the UK), but both Cristina and Silvia are so experienced with dog sitting and behavioural training. We both felt so at ease after meeting them knowing Rio would be in great hands. They send updates on the dedicated app during the day including pictures. Rio is loving it! Would highly recommend!

I would def recommend Cristina. She is professional, educated with high quality of services. She gave us many tricks that already helped within 3 days of training and I am so grateful to see required results. I was 100 % sure that my Lily had a great time and received many photos with „diary“ through the day.

3. Send the goods in apropriate packaging. If you received the goods in a box, then it is necessary to send it back in a box aswell. In plastic or paper envelopes plastic elements like buckles or zippers may be damaged.


4. Send the goods in such condition that it is fit to be sold again, ie. clean but not washed (!), without smell or hair on it. If the goods are not fit for reselling then we can not refund you full price.


5. Fill out the appropriate form, which helps us to find all the necessary information.
